Important information for patients registered at Rockleigh Court Surgery (NHS)

Patient Notice — please read before booking

Dr Khan is a GP partner at Rockleigh Court Surgery, where he provides NHS care, and also works at Shenfield Private GP. To comply with NHS regulations and professional guidance, and to avoid any conflict of interest, patients who are currently registered with Rockleigh Court Surgery as their NHS GP practice are politely requested not to register with, or book appointments at, Shenfield Private GP, for GP services.

If you are registered at Rockleigh Court Surgery and wish to consult Dr Khan (for GP services), please book an appointment through Rockleigh Court Surgery in the usual way. NHS patients should not be asked to pay privately for services that are available under the NHS contract, and it is important that your NHS and private care remain clearly separated.

If you wish to access private GP services and are currently registered at Rockleigh Court Surgery, you may:

• Choose a different private GP provider, or
• Speak to a member of staff at Shenfield Private GP for advice before booking.

Shenfield Private GP is an independent, fee paying service and does not provide NHS registration or NHS funded care. Private consultations do not affect your entitlement to NHS services, and you remain free to seek NHS care according to clinical need.
